About White Swan Pools & Spas
More than 50 years later, we’re still here—and still the same family.

White Swan Pools & Spas began in 1974, when Ron Perfetto founded the business with a simple idea: sell quality products, take care of customers after the sale, and build a company that would be here when those customers needed us again.
Ron’s son, Micah Perfetto, joined White Swan in 1983 and took over operations in 2003. Today, three generations of the Perfetto family work at White Swan, continuing what Ron started more than half a century ago.
That kind of continuity has become increasingly rare in the pool and spa industry.

We’ve Seen a Lot of Spa Companies Come and Go
- More than five decades in business means we’ve operated through recessions, housing downturns, changing manufacturers, new technologies, a global pandemic, and enormous changes in the way people shop.
- Through all of it, White Swan has remained.
- Before the pandemic, the Santa Clarita Valley had five hot tub stores. Today, White Swan is the only one remaining. In Ventura County, competitors have opened, closed, changed ownership, and changed names while White Swan has continued serving the community under the same family’s ownership.
- We believe White Swan is the longest-running hot tub and spa retailer under continuous family ownership in Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

- A hot tub isn’t a product you buy, put in the backyard, and never think about again. Over its life, you may need water-care advice, replacement parts, warranty assistance, repairs, new equipment, or simply someone who knows the product well enough to answer a question.

- Our team helps customers with hot tub and swim spa sales, delivery, installation, service, repair, warranty support, water care, and replacement parts. As a California-licensed contractor, we can also help with the construction and electrical work involved in more complex installations.

The Right Spa, Not Just a Spa
There’s no single hot tub that’s right for everyone. Our job is to help you understand the differences and choose what’s right for you.
Listen First
Whether you want hydrotherapy, family time, fitness, relaxation, entertaining, or an alternative to a pool, we start with how you want to use it.
Wet Test
We encourage customers to get into the water. Seating comfort, jet placement, and hydrotherapy are difficult to judge from a photograph or an empty spa.
Recommend for the Long Run
We’ve seen which technologies lasted and serviced products after the sale. We recommend for backyard performance years from now—not just showroom looks.
After more than 50 years of selling and servicing spas, we’d rather help someone make the right decision the first time than simply make the quickest sale.

One of the biggest differences between buying a spa from White Swan and buying one online or from a temporary retailer is what happens after the spa arrives at your home.
Our in-house service operation supports the products we sell with warranty work, repairs, replacement parts, and ongoing technical assistance. Our team also helps customers understand water chemistry and proper spa care, because taking care of the water is an important part of protecting both your spa and your investment.
From choosing the right hot tub or swim spa through delivery, installation, service, and years of ownership, our goal is to be the company you can call when you need help.
