We check the craftsmanship to ensure that it will last for years to come. We check to make sure that the feaures it offers justifies the price they ask. We look at the claims they make about their innovations and make sure that it’s actually effective or just hogwash. We examine the entire company to ensure that they’ll support their product if anything goes wrong, and that they’re making sure that their products are well tested before they leave the factory. And most critically, we actually test the real-world performance to ensure that you’ll be getting a great massage.

The amount of testing we do on every spa we sell is far stricter than what your average consumer knows to look for. Some places will leave you with a brochure or a website and let you pick the spa you want on your own. While we can certainly do that for you if you’d like, we hire experienced representatives who are here to help guide you through every step of the process so that the spa you choose won’t just look good; it will a perfect match for your expectations. When you talk to our salespeople, they won’t just sell you a hot tub - they’ll guide you through every step of the way with recommendations that are custom tailored to fit the experence you’re looking for. And once you’ve made your choice they will walk you through the next steps - delivery, installation, setup, etc. - so that you’ll know everything you’ll need to ensure that you’re completely set up to start using your spa as soon as possible.

Most importantly, we don’t believe in high-pressure sales tactics. You don’t have to worry about disappearing specials like they do at the home shows and the fairs - that’s part of why you won’t find us there after all. Every time we have a sale, we do our best to publish the end date well in advance.

Some Hot tub sellers will sell you a spa and then simply drop it by the curb of your house and leave you to your own devices. We think that’s a tragedy. Hot tubs are big and heavy - they’re not something you’ll want to move on your own. That’s why we include free local delivery when you buy any of our spas. Our crew will not only deliver the spa to your house, but as long as there is enough clearance we’ll also put it through the side of your house into your backyard. All of our spas come complete with a heavy-duty thermal cover that helps keep in the heat and saves you money on your electric bill. And we even include a starter chemical set so that you can ensure that your water is perfectly clear and free of harmful bacteria. We’ll even walk you through those chemicals so you can be the expert instead of hiring expensive weekly staff to maintain it for you.

We don’t just disappear after you buy the spa. We have our own in-house service department filled with people factory-trained to fix any issue you might have with your hot tub. We’re also licensed by all the brand sell (and several we don’t!) to execute their warranty. So if anything ever happens to your spa, simply give us a call and we will have our employees to take care of it for you. Even if you’re just having basic issues maintaining your water chemistry, we can help you with everything. We have pool and spa water experts who are trained to solve any water-related problem and even do free water testing if you’d like to bring us a sample.
