I wanted to send you a note to let you know how much I'm enjoying the Jacuzzi® J-365 that I recently purchased from Whiteswan Pools and Spas. Me and my kids have used it almost every day since it was installed almost 2 years ago.
After shopping several local spa dealers and encountering salesmen that ranged from "used car salesmen" to outright deceptive liars, it was very refreshing to find Whiteswan. You did a great job of answering all my questions and helping me find the right hot tub for me without any sales pressure. I felt very comfortable with the purchase and you provided a very competitive price. The delivery and setup of my Jacuzzi J365 hot tub from Whiteswan Pools and Spas went smoothly and everything was delivered on time as promised.
I will definitely recommend you and Whiteswan Pools and Spas to any of my friends/neighbors who are in the market for a great hot tub.

Dear Sir,
I would like to express my appreciation for having Tony provide me with assistance in getting my Hotspring Spa maintenance on track. I purchased the model Envoy from a dealership in Long Beach in 2010 and was given minimal instructions on its care. I was handed a manual after it was filled and the set up completed. Between the original installation date and January 2013 I experienced an ongoing problem with salt cells failing and having to be replaced. The manufacturer authorized the salt cell to be replaced at their expense a total of four different times. The first three replacements were through the Long Beach dealerships recommended repair company also located in Long Beach. On all the occasions of replacement I was still not given much help in explaining the little things that would make the salt cells last longer than 7-8 months.
My confidence in the salt cell was becoming less and less. On 9/2/2013 I purchased a new salt cell from WhiteSwan Spas of Chino because the original warranty was expired and I later decided to buy a second one on 9/25/2013 because I knew in 8-9 months I would need it and the cost would probably increase by then. I installed a new one in early September as the process was simple and I watched the Long Beach technician complete it all three times previously.
By 12/16/2013 I was having to clean the new salt cell every week and called Hotspring Manufactures for the fourth time asking for their help. Because they knew I had been having so much trouble they were kind enough to authorize me to have the repairman come out again. When I spoke with the Hotspring representative I specifically asked if I could pick a company locally to examine the salt cell I had just installed in September because I was not confident with the previous technician and they agreed. I chose WhiteSwan since I had purchased the two salt cells from you.
On 12/17/2013, Tony came to my home and looked at the salt call and the entire operating system. He diagnosed the problem and took the time to really explain the system in a way the technician from Long Beach never did. I was so impressed with his knowledge and helpful manner I chose to keep your service for eight additional weeks because I was still not confident in the salt cell itself and wanted Tony to be able to see it malfunction. Each time Tony came to check over the next eight visits he took the time to answer all my questions and I would text message him with other questions after he left during the week and there were a lot.
I am more confident than ever I will be able to maintain this system like a veteran now. Please convey my thanks to Tony for a job well done, he is a credit to your company and all my future needs for products and services will directed to WhiteSwan.
