What Do People Think of Whiteswan Pools and Spas?

I would just like to say that I went and spoke to a lady named Tony and made a deal with her my spot was delivered just like they said the boss actually came by to make sure that everything was hooked up right when they left it was heating up and by 11 that night me and my lady were inside that hot tub I suggest if you're going to buy a hot tub to at least go by and talk to them the product is excellent and the people are really decent

I purchased a hot tub from a company in Alaska with awful, non-existent customer service and support. When the tub stopped working a long drawn out search to find a service professional in my area began. I finally happened upon Whiteswan Pools and Spas.

Micah is The Man! With my first phone call to Micah I instantly knew I was in good hands. His knowledge of my system and where problems may be occurring was encyclopedic. This was a great relief after weeks of futile searching for a company that serviced my area. Then Micah sent out Tony. TONY!!!!! His knowledge of my system equaled Micah's and in short time my hot tub was not only up and running but operating better than before!

I had searched for a swim spa for over a year comparing prices and visiting showrooms. A few companies even wanted to sell me one from out-of-State outlets for thousands less then local manufacturers. After reading other readers reviews I realized that buying close from a reputable company was extremely important, as the product is huge and return would not be easy. Many consumers complained tirelessly that something went wrong with their spa soon after purchase and nobody would help them. Some even complained that the warranty wasn't honored.

Well, I almost gave up the idea all together, when I found White Swam Spa and Pool in West Covina. The owner Michah was so honest and helpful that I decided to make the purchase in two payments. I am so happy I did. He and his team, have been extremely helpful during each step of the process, returning my call right away, reassuring me, helping me learn about chemicals and heating systems, taking the old spa, staying during the craning of the swimspa over my house; They are an amazing company and dedicated group of folks. Do not be fooled by price alone. This is a huge purchase and an item you'll have for many,many years to come...investing in a product through a great company is definitely the best choice and White Swan keeps their word.

I wasn't going to get any special features, but Micah told me my kids would love it and he was so right on. They love the river jets and I love the jacuzzi jets.
